Clear, independent medical opinions — for organizations and patients
Each engagement is documented, evidence-based, and handled confidentially. Below is what I offer, who it's for, and what it costs.
Independent Medical Consulting for Organizations
Clear, evidence-based medical opinions to support your decision-making.
I provide independent medical opinions and case reviews for insurance companies, legal teams, and other organizations that need a clinically sound, objective assessment to support decision-making. This includes reviewing accident and injury claims, assessing prognosis and expected recovery timelines, evaluating causation and the extent of impairment, and producing clear, well-documented reports and consulting support for a range of business needs.
Typical use cases
- Accident and personal injury claims (insurers, legal teams)
- Prognosis and long-term impairment assessments
- Case file reviews and second-opinion reports for disputed claims
- Ongoing medical consulting support for organizations, clinics, or other businesses
Who it's for
Insurance companies, law firms, and other organizations that need a qualified, independent medical perspective — not limited to insurance.

- €75
- In-depth consultation (up to 1 hour)

A Second Medical Opinion, When You Need Clarity
Get an independent review of your diagnosis or treatment plan — with clear next steps.
If you've received a diagnosis or treatment recommendation and want an independent, expert review before deciding what to do next, I offer second-opinion consultations focused primarily on primary care and emergency department cases — though I'm happy to review other cases as well. After reviewing your medical records and test results, I provide a written report explaining my assessment in plain language, along with practical guidance you can bring to your primary doctor to discuss next steps. I also consult before you file a patient insurance claim. If you suspect a treatment error (raviviga) has occurred, we can first go through your records together so you know whether there are grounds for a claim — and if you decide to proceed, I can help you prepare and fill in the required documents and applications. This is an independent medical assessment and document support, not legal representation, and it does not replace care from your treating physician.
What's included
- Review of your medical history, records, and test results
- An independent clinical assessment
- A written report in clear, understandable language
- Guidance on questions or next steps to discuss with your doctor
- An assessment of whether a treatment error (raviviga) likely occurred, before you file a patient insurance claim
- Help preparing and filling in patient insurance claim documents and applications
Who it's for
Patients who want extra clarity or reassurance about a diagnosis, especially after a primary care visit or an ER encounter, or who are considering a patient insurance claim after suspected treatment error.
Not for medical emergencies
This service is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your local emergency number immediately (112 in Estonia and most of the EU) or go to the nearest emergency department. The second opinion service is intended to provide additional clarity on a diagnosis or treatment plan already received — it does not replace ongoing care from your treating physician and should not be used to delay urgent care.
Pricing
From €50 / case
Starting at €50, depending on case complexity. You'll receive a clear quote before any work begins.
