By using this website and its services, you agree to the following:

• Services provided (B2B medical consulting, second medical opinions, and open collaboration inquiries) are advisory in nature and do not constitute a formal diagnosis, emergency care, or a replacement for your treating physician's ongoing care.
• For B2C second opinions: the report and guidance provided are intended to be discussed with your primary doctor and are not a prescription or treatment order.
• For B2B consulting: opinions and reports provided are based on the information and documentation submitted; accuracy depends on the completeness of materials provided.
• Fees are as listed on the Services page unless otherwise agreed in writing for larger projects.
• Initial consultation: the first consultation (30 minutes) is free, and is used to determine whether we're a good fit and whether I can help with your case.
• Cancellation policy: if a paid follow-up consultation is booked and later cancelled, no cancellation fee applies — including last-minute cancellations.
